We are currently being booked for lots of weddings, corporate functions and summer balls for this year.  Did you know that September is now the most popular month for weddings?  We have 3 wedding gigs booked for September so far, with more enquiries coming through.

We played tonight, for the second year running, at the famous 5 star hotel, The Royal Horseguards in Trafalgar Square. Tickets cost £300 each and included a succulent 5-course meal, Firefly, and then the famous fireworks display at midnight in Trafalgar Square. We watched the fireworks from the balcony of the hotel just across from the London Eye. The fireworks were even more spectacular than last year and were broadcast all over the world on the BBC news.

We entertained our guests with a one hour jazz set during their meal, and then rocked the house with our pop set. The poor guests were so full but that didn’t stop them from dancing all night!  We had an amazing time, as did the guests!  After the do finished at 1am, the band and crew went out to the Enbankment to party with the rest of London!  We finally got home at 7am, still buzzing from a really great night!

We played at the spectacular Wroxall Abbey Estate tonight for the very special wedding of Leah Moxon and Gaz Thomas.  Leah and Gaz are friends of the band and we were honoured to be a part of their special day.  Leah looked absolutely stunning!  The  talented bride and groom ended up joining us on stage for much of the set – Leah on vocals and Gaz on guitar!  We had an absolutely fantastic night and wish our friends all the luck in the world for their future together.

We played on the Oliver Cromwell Paddle Wheeler boat on the Gloucester Docks tonight for their Christmas Party Night.  Tickets sold out back in August and so we played to a packed house.  We had lots of fun, as did the punters!

We had a great gig at the Army Officer’s Mess Winter Ball in Wiltshire tonight.  Lots of fun was had by all and the theme was the London Underground.  All the army officers dressed up as everything from rats to witches! It was very funny.  Even our drummer joined in the fun and entertained the troops by dressing up as a busker and playing The Streets of London on the guitar (he is multi-talented)!

We’re now gearing up for a busy Christmas season which includes military balls, Christmas parties, weddings and even a gig on a party boat on the Gloucester Docks!

We’ve just been booked again to play at the prestigious Royal Horseguards Hotel in Trafalgar Square / Whitehall for New Year’s Eve.

The Royal Horseguards is a famous 5 star hotel where we played on New Year’s Eve last year.  It was great last year and we got to see the famous Trafalgar Square fireworks at midnight! We will be serenading the guests during their 5 course meal with an hour’s jazz set, followed by a two hour party set and disco!
