We loved all of our summer gigs! August kicked off with a 60th birthday party in Tewkesbury, followed by a gorgeous wedding at Angel Hotel in Pershore on 12th August, where we performed as a 7-piece band inc our fantastic award-winning saxophonist, Dom Franks. Then on Bank Holiday weekend, we played at another wedding, this time in sunny Honiton, Devon, at Greenacre Events, also with our saxophonist. Then on the Sunday, we returned for a 3rd year to play at the Bishops Cleeve Fun Day – a family festival which had a brilliant turnout!

September started with a wonderful wedding gig on 2nd September at the Swan in Bibury. We love playing at the Swan and this wedding was no exception! On 9th September, we played at a 50th birthday party at Kemerton Village Hall in Tewkesbury. Despite the sweltering heat, the guests all partied hard and so did we! On Sunday 10th September, we played at the British Equestrian Trade Association Gala Dinner & Awards at Chesford Grange which was a lot of fun! On 30th September, we returned to play at Chesford Grange in Warwickshire (we love playing there)! We played at a Masonic lodge dinner dance and played jazz, swing, ballads, pop and rock n roll! 

October saw us playing at a charity function in Cheltenham on 21st for the Motor Neurone Disease Association where over £5,500 was raised! On Friday 27th October, we played at another wedding at Eastington Park for Max & Amy’s wedding, which was just wonderful! We performed You & Me by Limehouse, as the first dance. The following night, we drove through the floods to luxury holiday park, Hoburne Naish, thanks to Vern Allen agency – a Halloween party. Check out our witch costumes!
