We returned to play again at Leicester Racecourse as a 10-piece show band for their Fireworks Festival on 2nd November 2024, alongside brilliant DJ’s, Dick & Dom! We were thrilled to be re-booked on the spot for a 3rd year on 1st November 2025!

We were welcomed by Racecourse Manager, David Maykles, into the most stunning setting of a large stage, incredible lights, fairground rides, many food stalls and lots of activities for adults and children!

Dick & Dom played a storming DJ set before we played our set. We entertained thousands in the crowd who were up for some serious partying! Afterwards, everyone was treated to the most incredible fireworks display!

We love playing at festivals and Leicester Racecourse is one of many venues where we’ve played festival gigs in South West England, the Midlands, Somerset and Gloucestershire.

In the band for this amazing military function were Suze J on lead vocals, Wendy Abrahams and Gemma Nelson on lead and backing vocals, Paul Hardy on keyboards, Martyn Alsop on drums, Mark Butler on bass, Muddy Manninen (formerly of Wishbone Ash fame) on guitar, Dom Franks on saxophone, Harry Basset on trombone and Sam Reed on trumpet. We played a ton of songs. The set list included songs by Guns n Roses, The Killers, Bon Jovi, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Jess Glynne, Sia, Avicci, Abba and many more! We’ve had the gig filmed.
