We returned to play at our 5th year at the Dean Close School Summer Ball on 20th June 2026.

We love playing at Leavers’ Balls at Dean Close School! It’s like retuning to be part of one big happy family! The staff are so warm and welcoming. The 6th formers are so polite and nice and of course, they dance the whole night, along with staff!

As you can see from the photo, we dressed up for the occasion and mingled with the teachers. We love playing at School Balls and Dean Close School is on our very long list of school ball gigs in South West England, the Midlands, Somerset and Gloucestershire.

In the band for this amazing military function were Suze J on lead vocals, Wendy Abrahams on lead and backing vocals, Paul Hardy on keyboards, Martyn Alsop on drums and vocals, Superman Dave on bass and Muddy Manninen (of Wishbone Ash fame)  on guitar. We played a ton of songs and the dance floor was packed. The set list included songs by Guns n Roses, The Killers, Bon Jovi, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Jess Glynne, Sia, Avicci, Chic, Abba and many more!
